Project overview
PlusLohn is a German provider of employee benefit and workplace insurance solutions, helping companies strengthen employee retention and employer attractiveness.
Their target customers are companies with 100+ employees, particularly HR and business leaders looking for meaningful benefits with minimal administrative effort.
I was tasked with designing a set of social ads that extended their existing brand into flexible, engaging formats for employer-focused communication.
Research
Research into the employee benefits space showed an opportunity to make benefits feel more tangible, relevant, and differentiated for employers.
I focused on three opportunities:
Use real voices. Bring founder and customer quotes into the ads to make the benefits feel credible and personal.
Lead with impact. Pair concise messaging with impactful imagery to make otherwise complex benefits immediately understandable.
Make the value clear. Distinguish PlusLohn's offering through specific benefits and clear reasons for employers to care.
Brand & constraints
The existing logo and dark teal and lime green palette provided the starting point for the visual direction. I built on these established elements to extend the existing identity across the social ads.

Social ads
I developed four flexible ad formats, each approaching PlusLohn's value from a different angle while maintaining a consistent visual system.
Tagline + image. Pair concise benefit-led messaging with impactful imagery.
Infographic. Present employee benefit information in clear, digestible formats.
Founder quote. Put the people behind PlusLohn at the center of the brand.
Customer quote. Use customer perspectives to reinforce credibility and demonstrate value.
